4 out of 5 stars Works really well   September 9, 2010
Sandy
I've used the filter faucet for about a week and it's works really well. My only complaint is that while it's installed it seems to lessen the water presure from the faucet.

2 out of 5 stars I took it apart   September 9, 2010

I took apart the Culligan and I can imagine how it filters water. It's a solid block of charcoal (so 1 star for that) poorly glued to the top (I was able to pull it off with moderate amount of tugging) but with small gaps at the bottom which sorta explains the low water pressure and explains another person's review why his PPM test was the same with and without the filter (265 versus 265). And the only reason I took it apart was because I used this Culligan to filter water for my tea kettle and I noticed that tea kettle had become chalky white which I guess is the residual chlorine from the water which got me thinking does this thing even work? So, I took it apart and the rest is history.

I highly suggest you take yours apart and see for yourself.

5 out of 5 stars Love this Filter   September 4, 2010

I love this filter. Works great - a bit slow but my water is well filtered.

i don't know if the other reviewers are talking about the same filter, Culligan FM-15RA Level 3 Faucet Filter.
i bought 6 filters and a new one works for about 3 days, then the flow goes down to about 1 gallon in 12 hours or so.

4 out of 5 stars Adaptor didn't fit.   August 27, 2010
Linda
The faucet filter was very easy to install once I went to the plumbing supply store and purchased the correct size adaptor. It comes with two, but they didn't fit my faucet. Other than that, it works fine.
